Litigation is expensive, time-consuming, and uncertain as to the outcome. Mediation enables the parties to decide the outcome rather than having a Judge or Jury establish the result. Mediation works. Most cases are resolved with the candid and open exchange of information between the parties. Bill is committed to helping the parties reach a satisfactory resolution.

Bill’s mediation services are available for half days or full days Monday through Friday. Half days are a minimum of three hours and full days are a minimum of six hours. If circumstances require, Bill will make himself available on weekends or evenings to help accommodate everyone’s schedule.
